This website is used to easily create programmatic files for the Clockwork framework made for Garry's Mod by Cloud Sixteen. Clockwork is a framework that can be used to make schemas (aka gamemodes) that other players can play on together within a game server.
A notable schema is HL2RP (Half-Life 2 Roleplay) where players can roleplay as different factions such as the Metropolice Force (an oppressive police force apart of the Combine), Citizens (regular people being oppressed by the Combine), etc.
Clockwork Constructors allows server owners or developers to make items that players can use, factions that players can join, blueprints that players can craft items with, and much more.
